The process typically begins with a referral from the Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. You have a choice in your provider, and countless Missourians have looked to us to support them in not only their search, but in maintaining meaningful employment. We may also receive referrals from various community programs and individuals.

For over 30 years, Preferred Employment Services has worked with individuals with various disabilities, both developmental or physical in nature, as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Here at Clarity, we also specialize in working with individuals who are in treatment for substance use and behavioral health conditions, which can cause impairment when it comes to job performance, job satisfaction, and job retention.
